I lived in Japan for 7 years in Ibaraki, Aichi, and Tokyo, where I worked as an English teacher. I was on the JET Programme from 2005-2008 and I stayed in Japan until 2012 where I continued teaching English as an ALT in public schools.
As membership coordinator, I hope to bring what I had learned in Japan to JCSA and support the Japanese community in Toronto.

Why are you learning the other language? After watching sumo I became interested in the kanji and grammar. Turns out to be fun!
