これ・・もしかして、コーヒー牛乳?!(Is this coffee milk?!)

The other day, I drank 7-11’s iced coffee for the first time.

I should say that first of all, I don’t like coffee very much. If I drink it, I need to put enough sugar and milk/cream to combat the bitterness. I haven’t tried Timmies’ version, but I like McDonalds’ ice coffee-and usually drink it during the summer when it’s only $1. Even then, depending on the store, and the person who makes it, it can taste anywhere from awful (tastes like coffee) to decent (doesn’t taste like coffee). (Sorry to people who like coffee lol)

Anyways I randomly decided to try it out and… immediately, I was reminded of coffee milk in Japan!!

This stuff!!

I *love* coffee milk!

I used to drink this stuff a lot when I lived in Osaka. It was addicting as hell! It’s kinda like chocolate milk, except like half as sweet.

I’ll definitely be stopping by 7-11 more often now. (Even if it’s -20 degrees!)

Oh, and speaking of Japanese drinks…

I miss milk tea as well! You can find these ones in Korean supermarkets but they’re expensive. ($3 a bottle!)

(╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

Normal (non-sweet) bottled tea is good too! I don’t completely hate bitter stuff.

Everyone, what drinks do you miss from Japan?

If you love coffee milk like me, definitely try 7-11’s iced coffee!

Through JCSA I could make a lot of amazing friends! I think that’s the great point of JCSA. It is a really good opportunity to meet new people and able to improve our speaking and listening for sure!!!!
